I would like to propose that we add a slight change to the midseason draft this year. I propose that we open the available player pool to include any prospect that is called up and plays in a minimum of 1 game this season regardless of current status at the all star break. The rule will remain that they have to be under the major league eligibility rules of 400 at bats, 100 innings for a starter or 60 appearances for a reliever.
