Teng hovers below most prospect radars but has some of the nastiest swing and miss stuff in all of minor league baseball and he is a statcast dream. The Pitching Ninja is already licking his chops. Teng looks like Livan Hernandez on the mound. He is on the 40 man with a real chance to make the opening day rotation in SF.
