Rule 5 draft Rules
1. 2 Rounds
2. Non-Snake Draft. Round 1) 1-16, Round 2) 1-16
3. Picks cannot be traded.
4. When a player is chosen the picking team will send $1 million to the other team.
5. The team that the player is chosen from will also receive a draft pick that will take place at the end of the minor league draft. (This draft pick does NOT come from the picking team.)
6. You may choose to pass instead of drafting a player.

1. Seattle Mariners
2. St. Louis Cardinals
3. Boston Red Sox
4. San Diego Padres
5. Los Angeles Dodgers
6. New York Yankees
7. Philadelphia Phillies
8. Tampa Bay Rays
9. Texas Rangers
10. Chicago Cubs
11. Anaheim Angels
12. Chicago White Sox
13. Detroit Tigers
14. Milwaukee Brewers
15. Colorado Rockies
16. Cincinnati Reds
