Please remember per the League Rules: "The extension salary is calculated by using the greater of 2x his previous salary or the actual salary according to Cot's from the previous year."
Example:
Brett Cecil's Signed Salary (What he is signed for in this league) - $17,00,000 His real life salary for 2010: (Yr 11' Salary is based on) - $423,100
So the greater value would obviously be 2x his signed salary which in this case would be $34,000,000.
This example is a little unrealistic due to Cecil's bidding war but I just wanted to provide an example.
