The Braves have decided that theres just no more room on the roster for the second baseman. They will hand the reigns over to Daniel Murphy. There has been talk of Uggla heading to Boston or Texas but in the end it was easier for both parties to cut ties and send Uggla to Free Agency. Uggla should get another shot at a big league contract,but it won't be in Atlanta. The Braves have set up a press conference for later today to give Official word.
